Do they make the LG Lotus available on GSM networks? (TMobile)?

It's the perfect phone for me, & I can't find any information on any that might be available unlocked for GSM networks. I was wondering if they are... or will be soon... available unlocked on GSM (specifically TMobile).
 
on ebay they have generic ones UNLOCKED 2GB S4200 WIFI TV JAVA Dual screen cell phone - eBay (item 180500535471 end time May-28-10 19:57:34 PDT)

Here's another that's an LG Lotus:(LG B300) Quad Band Dual SIM Qwerty Java Flip Cell Phone B300 2GB It even has dual sim cards.
