Do they still sell iTouch 3g?

I wanna get an iTouch but I checked out some stores and they only seem to be selling 4gs but they're like $200 and I can't afford that but my friend got one a few years ago that was only $100 dollars. So I was looking online and I couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if they still sell it or if they even sell them at all.
I'm sorry I'm mean iPod Touch...
