Do tonsils pop? and is that where the blood comes from?

Please this is a serious Question and would like if people answered reasonably!!!
Sorry i dont mean blood is coming out lol but i think they are just infected (the tonsils).
 
look at them. do you have weird holes? there may be white balls (puss) in the holes. it is a chronic disease. go see a doctor
 
They do not pop but they can get irritated enough when swollen that the tiny capillaries leak blood and when you cough or spit out mucus, there is blood present in it.
 
i honestly don't know i just had to tell you thats the grossest mental picture i've had in years.
 
Very severe cases, and unusual ones, they can "pop" If they get too inflammed and expant, they can cause the vessels that bring blood to the tonsils to be to overpressured where they can't take it and will burst open leaking blood into the back of the mouth which you will either swallow or cough up.
 
Blood comes from the heart.
I don't know anything about tonsils.
 
Does blood come out when you cough?? That's a serious problem!! you should see a doctor. And I don't think it's from your tonsils. Maybe. But not sure.
