Do you actually follow fashion trends or wear whatever the hell you want?

If I follow trends I do high fashion trends. For example, I noticed a recent trend among teens is TNA pants with Uggs and a Victoria Secret Pink sweater...I would never ever do that. I would wear stuff on the runway. That being said, I wouldn't spend a lot of money on clothes. I love second hand stuff.
