Do you agree with this about BMW's 20 year decrease of quality?

I know for a fact BMWs have been making pure junk since the the change over years (around 1988 to 1990)in how they built cars. DO you agree with this guy?

not sure re quality mine are pre 1988 but they seem to have lost the plot in styling. BMW's were always a performance car designed and built for the job,
unfortunately like porche they have gone into the 4x4 market which takes away something of the marque.
regarding repairs that does vary considerably from dealer to dealer, I havent had any problems although must admit to doing most myself. Maybe BMW should check on their dealers to ensure that they come up to the expected standard of the company, if not take away their dealership
