This man is just preaching some kind of black gospel, and the gospel is for all colors of people.. It doesn't matter what color people are, there are good and bad & New Orleans was known for it's large group of drug addicts and bad folks. So what happened should have been no surprise.
I agree that katrina was a act of God and God's judgment on the US>
