Do you all believe that Facebook will fade away like it's predecessors?

Do you guys truly think that Facebook is going to become the new "Internet?" It's already topped Google as most visited website. I thought that social networking sites were merely a fad--Myspace, Friendster, etc. I thought that Facebook would eventually decline in popularity, but it hasn't. Do you guys think that this phenomenon will continue to last?
