No, Al has just found a way to make money and recognition without really contributing anything useful to society. He is what people used to call a snake oil salesman.
Its a tough debate. I personally am leaning towards not believing. George Carlin (RIP) once said pollution is nothing to mother earth. She has to deal with floods, earthquakes, volcanos, etc. pollution is nothing to her..it's dirt on her back. There's also a book that was on the NY Times best seller list that dealt with why global warming is a hoax. My friend read it and said it was really good. Not sure of the name though.
Yes of course. Only a retard wouldn't see all the carbon damage to the environment. The ozone layer has been breaking up for years now, the rainforest is practically gone so less oxygen is produced while carbon is increasing in the atmosphere, causing all the warming as evidenced. Why should I not believe it just because scientists hired by the oil companies tell me not to, and real scientists all agree on the damage being done? Thank goodness I'm not a brainwashed idiot and I applaud Al Gore for being the only politician to speak up about it. No wonder they didn't let him be president even though he had more votes that Bush, and did the whole missing chads charade.

No; I don't fall into any of the Global Warming, Save The Planet crap. The temperature of the Earth fluctuated naturally for thousands of years (the Ice Ages weren't caused by too many people leaving their refrigerators open.) and continues to fluctuate today. We just happen to be in a time where the Earth is getting steadily warmer.
Okay, have you checked your outside thermostat recently?? Yes it's getting warmer out, just simply look up time lapsed photos of glaciers, Iceland, Greenland, and Antarctica. Look at them in 1 hour increments. The difference is obvious.
You need to look at research from both sids of the argument. Look critically at the people, methods of research and (most importantly) who is funding the research.
Then look at the evidence: (1) retreating ice in the arctic and antarctic, (2) rising average temperatures for the globe, (3) changing local climates (some getting warmer, some colder), (4) changing precipitation patterns.
