Do you buy new clothes when needed, or when you see anything you like?

when i see something i like lately but not before this year.... i just started to like shopping
 
both, even for an UNreasonable price :P its really bad lool
 
I am picky so... when I see them for a reasonable price.

How are you all? I am also fine and I welcome to all of you. Yes, I buy for cloths when I am in need of clothes or I have to go for any party or any wedding ceremony.

Since I still live with my parents for a few more years, mostly when needed, unless I have the money.
