I mean I think I've got some type of sweating problem, most of the time my hands and feet will sweat for no reason. I could be sitting down, relaxing, and shortly afterwards, feel my sweatiness take over me...lol
I feel embarrassed holding girls hands because of my sweat issue. What is this medical term called ? And why do I have it ?

I would also like to mention, that I'm an 18 year old male, I'm active, healthy, I'm not over weight. I work out from time to time....I'm just stumped to as why I get this.....
