Do you have a bluetooth headset for your PS3?

I'm thinking of getting one but I want to know first. Do you hear all the sounds.. like music.. people talking etc.. on the headset? or will i hear everything on the tv.. and my headset is just going to be a mic? if its going to eliminate sound from my tv, i'm thinking on getting a bluetooth headphone w/ mic... instead of the regular cellphone headsets one..
fyi, i'd rather have everything heard on my TV.. and just the headset as a mic.. but i want to know if.. i'm going to hear all the music in my headset only

You will hear people talking on your headset.
You will hear the music and the game in the tv.

if you want you can hear the voices on the bluetooth, or you can switch the settings and hear the voice on the tv.

there is always a bit background noise but you can hear everyone talking clearly and it is good crack
depends how loud you have your telly/music
