I have several packages of hamburger and am tired of cooking the same things over and over. Does anyone have any good ideas on recipes that call for hamburger? I am looking for a quick n easy lasagna recipe also...
For tasty burgers I like to add things before I make the patties to spice them up and make themed burgers
Worcestershire sauce, onions, salt and pepper, for just juicy yummy burgers
Cumin, chili powder, taco seasoning
Chili powder, and onions, and peppers
Ranch for ranch burgers
Onion soup mix, onions, and mushrooms top with Swiss for yummy mushroom and Swiss burgers
Whatever you want

A simple thing that really adds flavor to hamburger is to mix in grated onions in before cooking along with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. An easy recipe for lasagna is to put in the noodles uncooked and layer with sauce and ricotta and mozzarella cheese, just adding almost double the sauce you would normally use, and about 1/4 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for about an hour or hour and a half. It is so easy and taste great!
