I have two tilapia fillets and my oven isnt working so I have to use a stovetop.
Any ideas for simple tasty recipes?
Im going to also make whipped potatoes or rice and serve with either a salad or green beans.

The most delicious way I ever prepared tilapia was simply by following the breading and cooking instructions on the side of a bag of corn meal! My toddler ate an adult-sized portion, it was so good!
