An incredibly hungry man goes into a restaurant to buy pizza. A large pizza costs ten dollars, and the man wants 3 pizzas, so he goes up to the counter, asks for 3 larges, and hands the clerk $30 (this is an evil alternate universe where there's no such thing as tax

)
While the customer goes to a table and starts eating, the clerk's manager comes up to him and says "what are you doing? It's friday! On fridays large pizzas are 3 for $25!"
The clerk gives his best apologies and says he'll go give $5 back to the customer. However, this is a dishonest clerk, and he pockets $2 for himself.
Then he gives the $3 back to the customer, and all is said and done.
Here's the question.
If the customer paid $30 and got back $3, he basically paid $27.
And the clerk has $2 in his pocket...
So that's $29 dollars accounted for...
Where did the missing dollar go? Pick me as best answer and I'll reply with the answer to the riddle
