My husband works for a well known company, he has an online account where he can check his benefits and where the company can send him notices and such- His supervisors and bosses have been pressuring everyone to sign in to their accounts and agree to an arbitration agreement document. I'm not quite sure how it works but it sounds like it is for the benefit of the company if the employee is never allowed to take a deserving case to a real court. I was unable to pull up the actual document that needed my husbands signature and the employer has been trying to help him "access" his account. Is not agreeing to this arbitration agreement grounds for dismisal?
