I'm not looking to lose much weight, maybe some extra fat but not weight. I'm looking to get toned up for the summer. So do you have to follow the nutritional plan exactly.... it's kinda hard for a senior in high school to follow it as i don't have the time to worry about that stuff and i can't choose what i eat at school cuz it's all bad (i eat pretty healthy, but not incredibly healthy).

So will it have DRASTIC effects? or can I still get a good looking toned up body for the summer? (by the way i'm 5'10-5'11 and 163lbs).
I already know that the nutritional plan is for the maximum affect, but i'm still wondering

yes it will tone you up very nicely and also make you stronger. You don't have to follow the nutrition plan, but you'll notice while doing it you'll eat a larger amount of food then you normally would. So try and eat a considerable amount of protein if you want your body to get tone. If you want, it'd be wise to go to a supplement store or vitamin shop and buy some protein powder to make protein shakes and take them after your work out, you'll see results faster if you do this.
A recommended protein powder would be "100% whey" it tastes the best.
