Well, injections aren't bad.

Think of it this way: if you don't get the injection, you could possibly die slowly and painfully from the disease the injection, a relatively painless thing, would have cured.

Just dont look at them doing the injection. Look the other way. Start counting in your head. RELAX. Think of anything else.

It will be over in seconds.

Not worth stressing about.
