Hi, I have some questions about the Telus prepaid phone swap option and am wondering if anyone might know the answers. ( And yes I know I can contact Telus and ask but I was on hold for so long on the phone and never got through and they haven't replied to my emails.)
I know that to swap your prepaid phone in store it costs $25. But does anyone know if you need to pay the $25 on top of paying for the new phone or is any phone just $25?
If you know the answer to this that would be great.
By the way I live in Ontario and I am not sure if the process works the same in other provinces so if you know how it works in another province but are or aren't sure if it works the same in Ontario, let me know anyway.
