My babysitter, Diane, had this ice cream gadget in the early 80s. You would put ice cream in a plastic receptacle (which resembled an ice cream cone), twist it upward and ice cream would come out like hair. She called them "coneheads," but I don't think that is their actual name. As a kid, I loved it, even though it seems very corny now! I still would like to find one of these. I have looked online under "ice cream gadgets" for sale, but I can't seem to find one. I think if I had the name of the item, it would be easier to narrow down my search online. Does anyone know what these were called, if anyone even remembers? I have a feeling they're not very well known!
