I don't laugh, I just kind of get skeptical. I know that's not what she would normally get, but I don't really like to judge too much. After all, she could be regretting her old habits, and hate feeling bad and self conscious all the time, so she could be trying something healthy. And if she's trying to be healthy, I say good for her.
