Well, at times people can be so adorable when the have miscalculations but it is not proper to laugh at an injured or embarrassed creature for it can happen to anyone. I do not laugh when someone falls. I might laugh at videos of people doing silly things and falling about but only because I know that they would not usually put it out for others to see if they did not want some mirth associated with it.
