I'm trying to write my first book and I called it The Placebo. Please tell me what you think and if its good. (Remember,I'm 11,so it might not be good!

Chapter One: The Idea
"I can't remember the dates!"
"Lets try again. What year was Martin Luther King Jr. assassinated?"
"1998?"
"What? He wasn't assassinated 12 years ago!"
"Well, I don't remember!"
Christina and Keisha were studying. Keisha didn't know the dates of anything. Not even the year she was born. She was that forgetful!
"Let’s just quit! I can't remember anything!" Keisha complained.
"Fine, fine.If you don't want to win the prize, hats fine with me!"
"I don't know why Ms.Lanket submitted me to enter the raffle!"
"Just your luck too. Your name had to be picked?" Smirked Christina
Keisha shot a giggling Christina a don't-even-remind-me look.
Keisha and Christina hopped off the blue, comfty bed and ran down the stairs to Keisha's living room.
"How was studying girls?" Keisha's mom asked.
"Fine." Keisha replied.
Christina smirked.
"Still don't know dates, eh?"Keisha's mom whispered to Christina.
"Yup" Christina replied, glancing to Keisha to see if she could catch her eye.
Keisha's mother continued cutting the carrots.
Chop chop chop!
"What’s for dinner, mom? Keisha asked.
"Meat, pencil shavings, and a piece of wool pie! And for dessert, I made a hair cake." Keisha's mom joked.
"Ha ha ha, very funny!" Keisha replied, sarcasticly.
"Oh you hush up!"
"Oh! And speaking of dinner, I need to go now. Moms making spaghetti and meatballs!" Christina brought up.
"Okay Christina, see you at school tomorrow!"Keisha replied.
"Bye everyone!"
"Bye Christina!"
Christina grabbed her school textbooks and shut the egg shell white doors. As Christina was walking home, she found herself talking to herself.
"How can I help Keisha? I want the class to win the $500 for more school items! We really need new books."
Christina was walking in silence for awhile. When a truck passed by and blinded Christina by the light, that’s when she dropped her science textbook. It fell open onto the cold concrete floor.
"Oops!"Christina muttered as she bended to pick up the book...
She glanced at the book and saw the words "The Placebo Effect" written on the top of the page.
"Hmmmm."
This really got this Christina thinking.
Christina scooped the book up and ran all the way home.
That night, Christina couldn't sleep. She was thinking on how she could use a placebo to help Keisha. Then, as if a light bulb went off in Christina's head; she laid up bolt upright and hopped out of bed.
The plot was in action. And by school the next morning, it would be ready.
Chapter Two: The Plot in Action
Christina got dressed for school the next day in a rush. She couldn't wait to give Keisha the "new" strawberry hand sanitizer.
The sanitizer was a regular strawberry scented sanitizer. Bland and old. Christina knew that, but Keisha didn’t! That was the placebo. It was suppose to help Keisha remember the dates by thinking Christina got the hand sanitizer from her doctor cousin, Lilly. It is supposedly a new kind of sanitizer doctors just invented and Keisha was chosen to be the first to try it out. It’s called Remember It. Christina made up the whole plan.
Christina smiled to herself as she grasped the bottle and locked eyes with Keisha.
"Hi.Can we not talk right now? I just got a standing ovation from the entire class because I'm in the competition,” Keisha sighed, "guess I'm going to let them down.''
''No! Don’t give up hope! I got something for you!" Christina giggled.
She handed Keisha the sanitizer.
"And? Hows this suppose to help me remember the dates!" Keisha miffed, thrusting the sanitizer back into Christina's hands again.
"It’s a special sanitizer. Remember my cousin Lilly?"
"Yeah, shes the doctor."
"Exactly. Well , don’t tell anyone, but this is a brand new kind of sanitizer. It’s called Remember It. It’s not even in the stores yet! I got to pick who gets to use it and you’re that special person! It triggers something in your brain that makes you remember everything you say!" Christina rejoiced.
"And then I'll be able to remember dates! Oh, you’re a genius!" Keisha shrieked.
"Well, I do my best." Christina boasted.
Keisha took the bottle back from Christina and smelled it.
"Mmm! Smells like strawberry!"
She put some sanitizer onto her soft hands and smelled it. Embraced it. Then she rubbed her hands together.Perfect.Christina leaned closer and tried to peak at Keisha's face.
"What year was Martin
