Do you lose any nutrition drinking smoothie vs just fruit?

Well If lets say I make a smoothie with same fruit as if I was actual eating them.
Will it be as healthy?
Cause I don't like eating plain old fruit but I like smoothies and I am wondering cause I want to eat healthier but can't seem to be able to eat all the things I need and this seem like a good quick way to getting the stuff I need.
 
no you don't lose anything, but the best part of fruit is often the skin and just under AND the seeds- like kernels are packed with nutirents, so stuff a few of them AND the skin in the blender too.
If you can put all your fruit in a smoothie, good for you.

Its amazing when you have banana, strawberry and add chopped mint to it, and yoghurt. My god that is amazing.
