the 90+ degree heat outdoors? I do cardio about 3 days a week and weights 2 days in the nice cool gym. And I am eating healthy but not a restrictive diet. I'm trying to lose weight the right way so I can keep it off. But I know if I go walking and jogging in the Florida heat I will sweat a lot more. I am trying to meet a goal before my vacation in 2 months but my progress has been slow. Should I start doing more of my cardio outdoors so that I sweat more? Will it make a difference?

Sweat is not a good indicator of how well you worked out... and the weight loss won't be accurate because you will need to rehydrate sooner or later.

You're doing things the right way, gym or outside.

Well if you do the same amount of cardio at the same intensity, you'd lose more weight outside in the heat. But if you slow down and quit faster outside, inside would be better.
