Assuming this is a gym...
Most gyms will ask for a parent to be there, but some may just accept a parental consent form. Also, the must be 18 law is a bit like alcohol laws, so most places will just ignore it if you look semi responsible. If they ask for id just rummage in your pockets a bit and then say you'll come back later, and try another gym =D
