Do you need a AT&T Contract with internet for the HTC Fuze?

I want the HTC Fuze but I can't find a contract with unlimited web for the Fuze. Does it mean I don't need a contract with internet? And if I do, how do I add it with Unlimited text? Everytime I try to add MEdia Max Unlimited (Text & Web) but it won't work.

they will most likely make you buy the unlimited media plan for $40 as they mad me do when i got my 8525 years ago. There are ways around, buy it and then cancel a few days later saying you have a different phone. This way you can still use your phone, wifi, 3g etc without having to pay the dumb fee
