Do you need a Blu_ray Burner to burn Blu_Ray DVDs?

Or can you do it like normal DVDs
Because i have the software to burn Blu_Ray and i can get the disks to do it, but do i need a special burner or can i do it on my normal DVD burner in my computer?

Answer this question can you burn dvds with a cd burner NO. So your answer is no. You u need a blu ray burner.
