Do you need a real estate license to offer vacation/corporate housing services in AZ?

Specifically, I'm talking about apartment rentals that one would rent out under the business name for long term leases and sublet them out to others under a contract for either short term vacation rentals or corporate housing rentals (all utilities and furnishings included).
