Do you need special(DRIVING LICENCE) 4 driving a truck?

like that truck up top(yes i know its coca cola lol) and How do people even drive those HUGE trucks without hitting its a huge difference between driving a car vs a long bug truck...
 
You need a CDL to drive most kind of large trucks. Which class of CDL needed depends on what you're driving and where. Your local motor vehicle department and transporation department wherever you are will have more specific answers.
