...think He died for all men's sins? because you do not believe the Word of God?

That verse, taken out of context, is talking about the gentiles and the Jews. According to the Jewish man John, there were only two types of people...Jews and gentiles. This scripture is saying that Jesus Christ not only died for the elect Jews, but also the elect gentiles (the whole world).
Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
