Do you still get free music downloads with the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic?

Because I heard on an ad on tv that all Nokia XpressMusic phones get like unlimited free music downloads for a year. But that was a couple of months ago. Has it ended yet? and if hasn't, does this apply for the Nokia 5530?
