Breakfast
one scrambled egg
two homemade oatmeal cookies
red zinger tea

Lunch
One home made slice of pizza
red zinger tea
water
I shared a ice dream cone from chick fil a with my Dad

Dinner
One slice of home made pizza
Two granola bars , 100 calories , 3 grams of fat
water
and I went to 3 mile walk too
 
The amount that you eat depends on your body(height, intensity of workout) If that were me that would be the minimum. You should eat about 300-500 more calories.
