Do you think its right that I got sack, or iss (in school suspension) for PDA?

I am a realy good student, and I never get in trouble. I have never been to sack but monday I have to go because as me and my boyfriend were walking to the bus he gave me a kiss, just a peck, and now we have sack. I don't think it's fair because it was after school, and it wasn't like we were making out, but what do you think. That is the only thing I ever get in trouble for, and idk if this helps but I make straight A's and he A/B's so we aren't a problem, except for this. What do you think about this?
We are in 8th grade and have been dating for over a year. We have gotten in trouble for this a few times actually. : (
