Any kind of relationships, if ended in bad terms, do you think it would be much harder for both parties to get over it.

A month ago, I ended things up someone who made me unhappy in the relationship. I broke it up and it ended in REALLY BAD TERMS. I still cannot my mind of her.

Do you think relationships are much harder to get over if ended in bad terms?
