start a terrorist organization called akatsuki round up members alliance with cuba venezuela bolivia colombia russia and others like gaza iran iraq alkeda and then set up corrupt goverments around the world by either having them join you or curupt your way trhough by setting your own officials then start by takiung over countries in africa then asia south america and then go after the rest and the world is yours
 
If you really want to take over the world, get a lot of oil, make the world dependent on it, then put the price right up so everyone takes out lots of loans to buy in supplies. Then put the price right down again and watch the world economy bust. Then when the world's major banks are crying out for money to rescue them, step in with a few loans.
