Do you think the 5 Taliban who conspired the 9/11 attacks should be executed?

Today, the 5 imprisoned Taliban men who were accused of masterminding the 9/11 attacks switched their defense into a confession. They now want to be executed to become martyrs. Im totally against executing them. First off, thats what they want. Killing them will just inspire other jihadists. I think we need to throw them into a normal federal prison with the biggest, meanest inmates and just let them get raped for the rest of their lives. Simply killing them i dont think would be enough justice for all the innocent lives they killed. People who want to die are going to do it eventually. Suicide can only be prevented for so long before one figures out how to kill himself with a paper clip.
