Do you think the humor in Young Frankenstein is funny?

I think it's hilarious, but all my friends hate it.
Frankenstein: Why are you talking like that?

Igor: I thought you wanted me too?

Frankenstein: No I don't want you to.

Igor: Suit yourself, I'm easy.
 
your friends must not have a sense of humour its 1 of the funniest films ever made i 1st saw it at school in the 80s on a saturday film night since then ive watched it 100s of times feldman as igor and boyle as the monster are perfectly cast the 1 liners and sight gags are soooo funny its the sort of film u have 2 watch more than once to get all the gags eg when they dig up the monsters body how do they get under the coffin??? why does kemp have a monocle on his eyepatch??? in the darts scene theres only 2 r 3 darts that go out the window yet the car is peppered with them ?? i wore out my video copy my dvd copy isnt far behind the outtakes and behind the scenes r worth the money alone its my default dvd if i need a laugh
remember it could be worse it could be rainin lol
 
You have to like Mel Brooks in order to really get the full effect of Young Frankenstein.
I think it's funnier than hell though lol
 
puttin on the ritzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. i think it's funny, i was laughing, so i guess that means the movie is funny.
