That's not enough calories for a 6 year old child. The whole wheat bread is healthy. The tomatoes and avocados are healthy, preferably organic, to avoid any pesticide or insecticide usage, but I understand that may be too expensive. The oatmeal is not good, it's very processed, try and avoid cereals in general, all sorts of artificial chemicals are added if you look at the ingredients. Honestly, despite what people think, skim milk is not superior, you need fat to burn fat, and the way skim milk is processed by altering the healthy fatty acids in whole milk is not healthy at all.
