Yes, my coach makes us wear caps. Anyways, put your hair up in a bun (preferably with a hair tie). Make sure your cap isn't stuck together. Take one side of the cap and put it on your forehead, and bend your head down so the cap sticks to your head. Then stretch the rest of the cap back and over your hair with your hands until it reaches the back of your neck. It takes a little practice but you'll get it. It doesn't keep your hair completely dry, but it does help. Your hair won't be so damaged. I'm sorry, I don't have a picture of myself.
