Has anybody seen people driving cars that have rims that cost more than the car?

This kind of ghetto stuff is really common out here in Texas and New Mexico

I have seen station wagons from the 80's with $1500 rims on them-stupid

Who else has seen this?

Oh sweety don't hate or put your nose up on another mans hustle. Is this man trying to get at u or invading your space or dissing you in any way?

If not then don't be ugly with your opinion. We all know it's "ghetto", but they only do it to catch the eye of beatiful females such as u.

U should be flattered, not knock another mans hustle.

It's really common in Detroit, too. I used to constantly see people driving around in (for example) a 1981 beat to hell Buick Skylark with $4,000 wheels on it. LMAO

I live in Atlanta now, and it's not nearly as common. Generally the cars with the expensive wheels are also expensive, newer cars. You do occasionally see some older cars with nice wheels, but it's obvious that money has been spent fixing up the car as well.

Me personally? My car has factory chrome wheels, but the front drivers side wheel cracked, so now we have a generic, after-market wheel on it. Talk about ghetto, lmao. I don't give a rat's butt--my car gets me from point A to point B and I have much better things to spend my money on. :)

I HATE rims period. That is annoying. There is one thing that annoys me more: when I see a totally awesome cars with stupid rims, like the Ferrari I saw the other day with these ugly chrome rims... I was soooo ticked...
