Dodge Dakota 2002 AUX Input?

Hey so I've been researching how to install an aux input jack on my Dodge Dakota 2002. So far what I've seen is that if you have an after market radio in any car its pretty standard to have the option to hook one up. My radio in my dodge dakota is stock. So does anyone know if it's possible to install and AUX input jack in a stock dodge dakota 2002 radio?

sorry, its not, well not without a serious change in the circuitry, but just replace the radio. they normally arent that great anyway.
