Does a Bluetooth to USB device exist?

I know there are USB dongles that act as Bluetooth receivers, but are there any devices (especially dongles) that would connect to a USB device and communicate with a master device via Bluetooth? For example I would plug in a flash drive to X device and use my phone to Bluetooth sync to device X to take files off of the flash drive.
 
USB bluetooth adapters are TRANSCEIVERS. They communicate both ways. If you want to connect to a bluetooth device and your PC isn't bluetooth ready, get the USB bluetooth dongle. You can then download or upload files to or from a bluetooth phone.
