Missouri? A debt collector said that I will be receiving a summons in the mail for a debt I owe. She tried to get me to agree to pay an amount and that she would send me a letter to sign and mail back. I didn't agree to it and told her I can't do it. I have a credit report that says the first delinquency was 10/2005. By admitting to the debt over the phone does that extend the SOL in Missouri or does it have to be in writing?
