I'm taking a class in school where we're using Adobe Premiere. I found that, when running through some tests of the program, I had the functionality to use sound scrubbing for precise audio/video coordination.
As a student, Adobe Premiere is a bit out of my price range. However, Adobe Premiere Elements ins well within it. Thus, I was wondering if Premiere Elements had the sound scrubbing feature? Sound scrubbing is very important to me, so that's one of the first things I look for in a video editor.
