I just didn't know if there was a limit, or if it's even just one that hurts you. My husband has been a social smoker and so was I after I met him. For 10 years, we have had a smoke it we went to a restaurant, or one before work with a coffee and chatted outside on the porch, or if we went to a bar. Now we moved to an area where everyone smokes - it's crazy and I admit we both have started smoking more socially. At least 3-5 cigarettes a day for the last two or so years (well one year for me because when I got pregnant, I stopped completely until I was done breastfeeding). So, I know that it's probably still hurting our health and that we should stop, but I guess I was just looking for information on smoking only a few a day and how fast it takes to recover (your lungs), and how bad is it for you to have a few a day?
