does any one remember a duck toy by tomy from the mid-late '90s?

it was yellow with orange beak and feet.it had a smaller matching duck on it's belly.when you pulled that smaller duck it made the toy waddle around the floor. i think it was made by tomy. does anyone know where i can get one or the actual name of this toy?

murdock...not completely sure if that spelling is correct or not. but i'm pretty sure that is the toy you are thinking of and i can't find them ANYWHERE!
