ohkay so, i'm fifteen & i jus had a baby three months ago. me & my ex boyfriend [my babys daddy] haven't been together since i was three months pregnant. after i had my baby, i got a lawyer becuz i wanted to take my babys daddy to court to fight for custody & child support. it's obvious that i'm already winning becuz i haven't even gone to court yet & state is giving me money. i got an EPPICARD, which they say is suppose to be a a debit card that money puts on it every month jus like child support, is it true that when i do go to court nd finalize custody & child support, he will have to pay the state back for what the state payed for. he isn't eighteen, that's why state is giving me money. does anyone know anything about this or can make me better understand ?
