Does anyone elses Sony Ericsson Vivaz refuse to apply the profile settings when

you personalise it? I have made my own personal profile on my Vivaz so I have customise ring tone & alerts! The problem is that the phone will apply & activate these settings but when it comes to it, all I hear is the Sony ericsson ring tone (not my chosen tune)!!!!!
The same thing goes when assigned a ring tone to a contact! Sony Ericsson tune!
This is the second handset that does this & I don't seem to be getting anywhere with my network provider nor SE (am awaiting a response from SE).
What makes matters worse it that the handset seems to default to the SE tunes but you cannot find them to delete them! I HATE that ring tone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the latest s/w on the handset & the contacts are on the phone memory (you cannot assign a tone if they are NOT on the phone memory, states that in the 85 page manual!)

Anyone else been suffering with this or does every other SE Vivaz owner LOVE that tune?!?!
