Does anyone have a recipe for a Mississippi mud pie?

I'm not even sure if this is what its called. I had it when I was a kid in the 70's. It has an oreo cookie crust and coffee ice cream in it. It also has sunflower seeds in it. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks in advance.
