I AM OVERWEIGHT AND HAVE STARTED A DIET TO GET HEALTHY. MY DIET CONSISTS OF CHICKEN BREAST OR TILAPIA FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND I AM ONLY DRINKING WATER WITH LEMON. I AM TRYING TO COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM ANY BREADS SWEETS ETC.. I WOULD LOVE ANY IDEAS TO HAVE A BIT MORE OF A VARIETY. I HAVE BEEN USING SEASONINGS WITH ZERO FAT/ZERO CALORIES. SO FAR IN THE FIRST 5 DAYS I HAVE ALREADY LOST 12 LBS!
